The City of Maypearl is conveniently located just off of highway 35, which takes you north to Dallas or south to Waco. Maypearl is a small town with a population of 1034.
It is known for events such as the Scarborough Fair in the spring and a haunted house in the Fall, called Screams.
You will love the look of this little downtown, that can take you back in time, just imagining that the horses are tied up at the street.
The locals are friendly, the food is great, and of course, the football is serious.
Maypearl is situated perfectly outside of the Dallas Metroplex area. You get the peaceful rural setting with the big city at your doorstep.
